Am I a candidate for Xeomin?
You should not have Xeomin if you are allergic to any component of Xeomin, breastfeeding, pregnant, allergic to egg or albumin, have history of hypersensitivity/allergic reactions, history of Eaton-Lambert syndrome or Myasthenia Gravis, active facial infection or history of keloiding. If you are taking an NSAID or blood thinner, you could potentially bleed more during the procedure.
How many units will I need?
Dr. Edwards will determine that after an in person assessment of your facial features. Typically ~20 units are needed for the glabellar area, 2-6 units are needed for each side of the face for Crow's feet and 8-20 units can be used for forehead lines.
